Hi, My daughter has one of these (Blaupunkt 800ng). Unfortunately something was happened and she can't turn it on anymore. If she turn it on she can see only Blaupunkt logo. I tried to reset using home button and power button and wipe data/factory reset. Once I select wipe data/factory reset I select 'yes -- delete all user data and I was able to see only Wiping data Formatting/ data and then after a minute the screen was turned off and nothing was happened.
